Renu Vitale

Renu Vitale is an executive coach and career strategist who has been helping clients develop winning strategies and make better decisions for over 20 years. As a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting and strategic marketing director for American Express, Renu was recognized for her ability to rapidly structure information in a way that offered fresh insights, resulting in innovative strategies. She couples these strategic tactics with her background in psychology, helping to draw out an individual’s motivations and strengths and translate them into customized actionable plans.

In addition to coaching executives, Renu enjoys partnering with Columbia Business School both as a member of the Sanford C. Bernstein and Co. Center for Leadership & Ethics coaching program and as a career development officer on the CBS Women’s Circle Board of Directors.

Renu graduated with a degree in Psychology focusing on Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, and is also a graduate of Columbia Business School.


Renu helps midlevel and senior executives from Fortune 500 companies such as JP Morgan, IBM, and American Express successfully transition into new and/or more senior roles, improve leadership and managerial skills, and ensure teams' strategic objectives are being met. She also serves as an executive coach and strategic advisor to the C-suite at small and midsized companies.
